2 cups cooked wheat berries
3 stalks celery, thinly sliced
2 cups cherries, pitted and halved
1 (8-ounce) bag mixed greens
3 cooked grilled chicken breasts (skinless & boneless), sliced
¼ cup honey glazed pecans
Dressing
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon mustard
DIRECTIONS
Mix the wheat berries, celery and cherries together.
