Pomegranate Glazed Pan-Seared Salmon
The salmon is first marinated with pomegranate syrup, honey, and ginger, and then quickly pan seared. Heavenly!

INGREDIENTS
Marinade
2 tablespoons pomegranate syrup
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
salt and pepper to taste
4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds.
DIRECTIONS
Mix the ingredients for the marinade together. Place the salmon in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the fillets. Turn to coat. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat a large nonstick skillet with 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, skin side up. Cook 3-4 minutes. Flip the fish over and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
Transfer to a plate and garnish with pomegranate seeds.
