Sriracha Honey Garlic Chicken


These chicken tenders have a marvelous combination of flavor from the spiciness of the Sriracha sauce and the sweetness from the honey.


Servings: 8 | Prep time: 10 min |Marinate time: 1 hour | Cook time: 25 min

INGREDIENTS


2 pounds chicken breast tenders
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons reduced soy sauce
1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
4 cloves minced garlic
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons sesame seeds

DIRECTIONS

Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Mix the cornstarch in water until dissolved. Add the honey, soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, and garlic and mix together.
Place the chicken in a Ziploc bag with the marinade for 30-60 minutes. (Refrigerate the chicken if marinating longer than 30 minutes).
Preheat the oven to 400˚ F.
Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and place the chicken in the baking dish. Bake 25 minutes, uncovered, turning once.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
